  • Apple Apartments The Strand is located in the West End city centre near Covent Garden. There are 16 apartments including 11 one bedrooms, 2 two bedrooms, 1 family apartment, 1 duplex apartment and 1 three bed duplex apartment. There are no ground floor apartments and there are no apartments suitable for people with access needs such as wheel chair users.

    Apple Apartments Kensington Introduction
  • Kensington High Street is the main shopping street in Kensington, London. The area is identified in the London Plan as one of 35 major centres in Greater London. Kensington High Street is the continuation of Kensington Road and part of the A315. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (often abbreviated to RBKC) is an inner London borough of Royal borough status, to the west of the centre. As the smallest borough in London and the second smallest district in England, this urban area is one of the most densely populated in the United Kingdom, just behind the London Borough of Islington. The borough is immediately to the west of the City of Westminster and to the east of Hammersmith & Fulham.   • The entrance to the apartments is located on Wrights Lane (with post code W8 6SU), opposite the Café Nero and the Boots Pharmacy. To gain access to the building use the code 5413 to open the gate and follow the path half way down to building 147a -149a. Apple Apartments Kensington comprises two attractive, adjoining and interlinking red brick Edwardian terraced buildings arranged over five floors. The property features a communal entrance with speaker entry system, CCTV monitoring and a bright and spacious entrance hall and central stairwell which interlinks the two building and leads to the upper floors.
  • The nearest underground station is High Street Kensington Station. The station is on the Circle line between Gloucester Road and Notting Hill Gate, and the District line between Earl's Court and Notting Hill Gate. It is just one minute away from our apartments. You need to walk south-west on Kensington High St/A315 towards Wrights Ln.
  • High street Kensington is a busy street as we are in one of London’s prime locations, with many bus services available along the street and outside of the station.
  • The classic English black taxis are often driving around if needed. We can provide any information on car service or services for disabled people at our 24 hour reception.
  • Car Parking and Arrival
  • We do not have any car park facilities but there is a local car park located on Horton Street. However on arrival we can store the guest’s luggage if they have arrived before the check in time.
  • Welcome Area
  • To enter our welcome area you will have to take 2 flights of tiled stairs in a well-lit building thanks to our ceiling spot lights. We have one sofa as a seating area but generally we do not have a common room for guests to relax. We can offer our guests at our reception any information about the area or if needed we can book any excursions. You can also borrow any stationery from our reception area if needed.
  • Public Areas
  • We have very well-lit public areas with spot lights on the ceiling on all floors and corridors. We also have LED lights on the stair cases as this is around 20 steps between each floor. All of our stairs and flooring in the public areas are tiled flooring.
  • Apartments The property contains 28 apartments (2 single studios, 3 Studios, 19 Superior Studios, 3 Executive Studios and one Family Studio).
    • Single Studio – The single studio can accommodate up to one guest with one single bed and it’s perfect for corporate guest looking for easy and comfortable accommodation for a brief trip to the city. The single studio features a kitchenette with integrated hob and cooker, free standing fridge with freezer compartment, granite work tops and eye & base level storage cupboards. High quality appliances and cooking utensils are provided, along with free WiFi and plasma TV for guest’s viewing pleasure. A private bathroom and standing shower room are located just outside the apartment.
    • Studio – The standard studio can accommodate up to two guests with one double bed and is perfect for tourists or corporate guests looking for easy and comfortable accommodation for a brief trip to the city. The standard studio features a kitchenette with integrated hob and cooker, free standing fridge with freezer compartment, granite work tops and eye & base level storage cupboards. High quality appliances and cooking utensils are provided, along with free WiFi and plasma TV for guest’s viewing pleasure. A private bathroom and standing shower room are located just outside the apartment.
    • Superior Studio – The superior studio offers a more spacious setting and can accommodate up to two guests with one double bed. This apartment type accommodates short and long stays with wardrobe space available and a connected private bathroom. The superior studio features a kitchenette with integrated hob and cooker, free standing fridge with freezer compartment, granite work tops and eye & base level storage cupboards. High quality appliances and cooking utensils are provided, along with free WiFi and plasma TV for guest’s viewing pleasure.
    • Executive Studio – The executive studio offers a separate living area with a sofa bed which can accommodate an extra guest, three guests in total. Comprising the separate area, the executive studio is favored by those looking for a more spacious and relaxing stay while visiting London. The executive studio features a full kitchen with integrated hob and cooker, free standing fridge with freezer compartment, granite work tops and eye & base level storage cupboards. There is extra storage for longer stays along with a more spacious bathroom. High quality appliances and cooking utensils are provided, along with free WiFi and plasma TV for guest’s viewing pleasure.
    • Family Studio – The family studio offers a separate living area with a sofa and two double beds for up to four guest. Comprising two double beds, the family studio is favored by those looking for a quiet stay with their families while visiting London. There is extra storage for longer stays along with a more spacious bathroom. High quality appliances and cooking utensils are provided, along with free WiFi and plasma TV for guest’s viewing pleasure.

    • We do not have any bedroom(s) or Bathroom(s) that maybe suitable for people with access needs e.g. wheelchair users, people with hearing/visual impairments.
    • Please note that our building is not suitable for people who are a wheelchair user or have any walking disability as we have 6 flights of stairs.
    • All staff are trained for fire or emergency evacuations.
    • There is a fire plan in all of the guest’s rooms on the back of the front door. The guests are all advised to read this, in case of an evacuation staff are instructed to direct all guests calmly to our meeting point which is café Nero located opposite our front gate on wrights lane.

    Apple Apartments Paddington Central Introduction
    • Situated in London, Apple Apartments Paddington Central is 0.7 miles from Hyde Park. Lord's Cricket Ground is 0.8 miles away. Westminster Borough is a great choice for travellers interested in shopping, parks and theatre. There are three 1 bedroom apartments available situated on the first and second floors of the building. There are stairs to be taken to all the apartments and there is no lift available making it not suitable for wheelchair users.

    • The streets surrounding the apartments are regular, paved streets with low curbs.
    • The nearest airport is London City Airport, 9.3 miles from Apple Apartments Paddington Central.
    • Paddington Station is less than 5 minutes away on foot. Paddington tube station is served by the Bakerloo, Circle, District, and Hammersmith & City lines as well as Great Western Railway. It is also the terminus for the Heathrow Express and Heathrow Connect services to and from London Heathrow Airport.
    • Taxi service is widely available from Paddington Station and the streets around the apartments.
    • The nearest bus stop is 2 min. walk away where there is a wide range of buses available towards the Central London Attractions.
    • Guests can be dropped off right in front of the entrance with a dropped curb available.
    • There are no stairs to the entrance door which has a width of 33 inches.
    • There are no staff members working full-time at this property.

    • There is no car park available on site. The nearest car park is Bell Street Car Park, Burne House, 5 Bell Street, NW1 5BZ. The car park is about 12 min walk away from the apartments and charges £25 per 24 hours. The car park is a security facility, manned 24/7, well-lit and wheelchair accessible.

    Apple Apartments Limehouse Introduction
    • Limehouse is located 3.9 miles east of Charing Cross. It is on the northern bank of the River Thames opposite Rotherhithe and between Ratcliff to the west and Millwall to the east. Limehouse stretches from Limehouse Basin in the west to the edge of the former Chinatown in Pennyfields in the east. Apple Apartments Limehouse is less than a 10 min walk from the Limehouse basin and is the perfect place to relax after a long day at work or walking around busy London.
    Pre-Arrival
    • We are located on Commercial Rd which is the main road in the area, meaning that it is very easy to access by bus, by train or by car. The front door is white and is easily recognisable with our sign on top. For guests arriving by car please note there is no parking at the property and you will have to find your own place to park. Please ring the door bell or call the number on the door to gain access to the building.

    • We have Studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. All apartments include plasma television, complimentary toilets, soft cotton lines, complimentary WIFI, weekly apartment servicing, complimentary apples and 24 hour reception.
    • Studio apartments - There is one large open-plan double bedroom that can sleep up to two guests. The apartmetns are newly refurbished and guests can benefit from a large living room and dining area with a fully-fitted kitchen. Modern amenities include top-of-the-range kitchen appliances, plasma TV, and WIFI.
    • One bedroom apartments - The one bedroom apartments can accommodate up to three guests with one more extra bed (charges applicable). The apartment features a beautiful kitchen with integrated hob and cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, granite work tops and eye base level storage cupboards. High quality appliances and cooking utensils are provided, along with WIFI and plasma TV.
    • Two bedroom apartments - Two bedroom apartments offer two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms and can sleep up to four guests. Guests can benefit from a large living room and dining area with a fully-fitted kitchen.
    • Two bedroom duplex apartment - All the luxuries of a two bedroom apartment with more floor space, suitable for longer stays with plenty of storage space as well as balconies with views over the city. Duplex apartments provide all the services of a hotel with the freedom of having a private home with a spacious living room, dining table and full kitchen within an open plan.
        Welcome area
    • The welcome area is a long corridor witch starts with a map of London. Unfortunately we do not have a waiting area but there is a cafe next door.
      Bathrooms
    • Bathrooms are in dark colours and tiled throughout offering both bath and shower combinations. On the two bedroom apartments offer two bathrooms.

    • There are no disabled accessible apartments.
    • There is a small lift.
    • No pets allowed.

    Apple Apartments Greenwich O2 Introduction
      Apple Apartments Greenwich O2 is located on the southeast side of London, about 20 minutes walking distance from the O2 Arena.
    Pre-Arrival
    • The nearest tube station is North Greenwich on the Jubilee Line. It is located at about 1 mile from our property. There is also the Cutty Sark DLR Station, located about 1 mile distance from the property.
    • There is a taxi company (Royal Borough Cars) located about 1.5 miles from our property.
    • Near the property there are 2 bus stops. Bus stop ‘Christ Church Primary School’ for bus 188, going to Russell Square and bus 422 going to Bexleyheath. Bus stop ‘Pelton Road’ for buses 188 and 422 both of them going to North Greenwich. The buses come at a 5 to 7 minute frequency, and bus 188 has a 24 hour service, during the night it's frequency is reduced to 30 minutes between busses.
    • The streets in the location are paved and are at a very good quality.
    Car Parking and Arrival
    • The property does not have a car park. There are some free parking spaces on the street nearby, about 2 – 3 minutes walking distance but we cannot guarantee any availability and there are rules mentioned on the designated parking spaces that needs to be followed
    • All doors are step free, and access to upper floors is done using an elevator.
    • The main entrance door opening is 1 meter wide
    • At the property, there is a member of staff who can help the guests with luggage if it is necessary
    Welcome Area
    • The property does not have a reception ( Welcome Area). At the property there is a member of the staff that will greet the guest at entrance, take the guest to the apartment and offer a professional tour of the aparment.
    Apartments 
    • The property has 15 apartments including 2 x 3 bedroom duplex apartment, 2 x 2 bedroom duplex apartment, 6 x 2 bedroom apartments and 5 x 1 bedroom apartments.
    • One apartment at the ground floor is accessible only from the outside of the building as it has the entrance door in the main street.
    • The 2 bedroom duplex and the 3 bedroom duplex apartments are situated on the ground floor. They are designed to have the living room and the kitchen on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the first floor.
    • All other apartments in the building have step free access with use of the lift, same as all the rooms inside the apartments.
    • Access to upper floors is done by elevator and there are no door steps at any doors inside or outside the apartments. But there are no special facilities inside the apartments for people with disabilities.
    •  All apartments have a living room with an opened kitchen.
    • The furniture in the living room consists of a sofa (some apartments have Sofa bed), a plasma TV, a coffee table and an armchair. All can be moved by request, but not removed from the apartment.
    • The kitchen furniture and appliances are fitted and cannot be moved at all.
    • All bedrooms have a double bed with 2 night stands, a wardrobe and a drawer unit. The drawer unit could be repositioned inside the bedroom but not the other furniture and no elements from the bedroom can be removed.
    • All beds are double beds and by request and for an extra charge we can put one extra bed (single) in the living room area.
    • The beds are 50 cm high from the ground to the top of the mattress.
    • Even light spread inside the apartments assured by led projectors from the ceiling.
    • Inside the bedrooms there are also 2 bedside lamps and in the living room there is also a tall lamp.
    • Inside the kitchen, beside the ceiling lighting there are light spots under the upper cupboards.
    • All walls are painted white.
    • The floors inside the living room and kitchen and doorways have oak texture.
    • Inside the bedrooms walls are white and the carpet is crème.
    • Each bedroom has a wardrobe with one hanger rail and one top shelf
    • There is also a drawer chest in each bedroom.
    • The living room and the kitchen has wooden floors (oak texture).
    • Inside the bedrooms floors are covered with carpet ( crème colour) and inside the bathroom the floor is covered with tiles.
    • We do not provide any non allergy beddings .
    • There are no telephones available in our apartments.
    • The apartments are also equipped with an intercom system for access to the main entrance door in the building and a heating controller from where the heating can be turned on and off in the entire apartment and also the temperature can be set.
    • Inside the living room there is a flat screen TV, with basic free view channels available.
    • The kitchen is fully equipped. There are glasses, mugs, plates and cutlery for all guests. Also, the kitchen has an electric hob, electric oven, fan extractor, microwave, fridge, cattle, taster, washing machine and dishwasher.
     Bathrooms, Shower-rooms & Toilets
    • The access to the bathroom is step free access
    • The opening of the door in the bathroom is 80 cm wide
    • In the standard apartments, there is only one bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a shower head on top of the bathtub and an anti splash glass. In the deluxe apartments, in one of the bedrooms there is also an ensuite which has a shower cabin. The shower tub is 20 cm above the floor.
    • The height of the WC from floor to seat is 39 cm.
    • The height of the washbasin is 78 cm and there is clear space under the sink ( no pedestal)
    • No support rails are inside the bathrooms.
    • All bathrooms have ceiling projector led lights that offer an even spread of light inside the bathroom.
    • The floors in the bathroom are covered with crème tiles, walls are partially covered with crème tiles and partially painted white. The towels are white
    Public Areas
    • The building corridor's light system is ceiling LED spot projectors and have a presence sensor.
    • The floors in the corridors are covered with black carpet.
    • The access to upper floor can be made by stairs which have support rail or by elevator.
    • The access from the stair case to each floor corridor is through a wooden door with glass in the middle. The doors are oak texture.
    Additional Information
    • In case of emergency, there are signs all over the building showing the emergency exits.
    • There is also a smoke evacuation system with special smoke chambers on each floor with automatic doors, that drains the smoke inside the building and evacuates.
    • We do not have the standard equipment for assistance dogs.
    • We do not have an area where a mobility scooter or battery powered wheelchair can be charged.

    Apple Apartments Hyde Park Introduction
    • Apple Apartments Hyde Park is situated in the heart of West London. These spacious one, two and three bedroom luxury serviced apartments are set within a boutique period conversion offering a relaxing and refined living space in London. Hyde Park is a green and peaceful oasis, just a few minutes walk from the bustling commercial centre of London. The park is surrounded by residential properties and so provides an essential and valuable leisure and recreational resource for the local community. Nearby is fashionable Marylebone High Street, Oxford Street and trendy Notting Hill, as is popular Connaught Village with an array of independent shops and restaurants.

    • Lancaster Gate is the nearest underground station and is about a 4 min walk
    • Paddington Station is about a 6 to 8 min walk

    • We do not have parking facilities at this property. However, there is paid parking on the streets surrounding the property using an hourly meter.
    • The entrance to the building is well-lit and easy to recognise with our sign just next to the door.
    • Please call the number on your confirmation email to get the access code and enter the building.
    • The staff member is able to assist with luggage however there is no designated porter on site.

    • There is a welcome area with reception desk but we do not have seating.
    • The entrance to the welcome area is step-free
    • There is a small lift that fits maximum of 3 people at any time. It is not suitable for wheelchairs.
    • The floor surface in the welcome area is marble and the stairs are covered in blue carpet.
    • The area is well-lit with ceiling and wall lamps.
    • We are able to provide the guest with stationary if needed.

    • The bed combinations are double beds. However, in one of the 3 bed apartments there is a bedroom with twin beds. These beds can be put together to make a king bed.

    • The apartments are well-lit with wall and ceiling lamps throughout. Bedrooms also have bedside lamps.

    • The nearest Railway Station is the Central Station which is allocated only 5 minutes walking distance from the Obel tower.
    • There are several Taxi services available in Northern Ireland. The most popular is the Value Cab (02890 80 90 80 90) and Apple Apartments Belfast have a contract with them so we can organise travelling within just a few minutes.
    • The street where the Building is located is paved and even numbered.

    Car Parking and Arrival
    • Apple Apartments in Belfast is situated at 64 Donegall Quay, BT1 3NG.
    • Within the Building there is a secured, base- parking area available.
    • On Arrival there is a drop – off point in front of the building that is also can be used for a few minutes meanwhile a guest will be provided an electric fob at the reception which is going to let them in to the car parking area.
    • There is an additional £10.00 charge per day/vehicle for the car parking.
    • Apple Apartments have 21 car parking spaces available and a guest are always informed about the availability at the reception.
    • Also there is a height restriction for the car parking area which is 2.1 metres.
    • Our Car parking spaces are situated on level -2 at the very back on the walls they are signed to give a clear view to all of the guests.
    • There are 2 lifts elevators available in both building and there is no difference in the level of the path and the entry.
    • On the stairs which is only used fire safety reasons there are handrails available.
    • The doors clear opening width is 0.77 metre but the main entrance door is a double door that can be also opened so in total 1.54 metres.

    • At the reception welcome are there are seating (sofa, chairs) available.

    • The area is very well lit with using motion controlled spot lights on the ceiling on the corridors.

    • On Arrival one of Apple Apartments` employees show the property to the arrived guests and give clear information about everything that can be useful during their period of stay.
    • Apple Apartments employees always offer their help to assist carrying the luggage to the actual apartment(s).
    Apartments
    • Apple Apartments in Belfast don`t have any ground floor apartments but in Building 64 there are 1 – 2 bedroom apartments available from the 1 st floor.
    • The apartments are named by the level of the floor and the number of the apartments. (Like 2 nd floor apartment number 3 is named as 203.) The names of the apartments are also available on the key tags, provided by the receptionist on arrival.

    • Most of the furniture in the apartments are mobile apart from the built – in furniture. For request the staff is more than happy to help and assist to the guests to move furniture around.
    • In all of our ordinary 2 Bedroom apartments, 2 Bedroom apartments, 2 Bedroom Penthouse Apartments, 3 Bedroom apartments, 3 Bedroom Deluxe apartments there is a zip – link double bed that can be split for request apart from one 2 Bedroom Apartment and one 3 Bedroom apartment where are no zip – link bed available.

    • There are no sofa beds available. However there is a sofa in every apartments.

    • In the apartments several types of lighting available from the bedside lamps (2 in every bedroom), central ceiling lights (1 in every bedroom), dimmable spotlights (in every living – room and kitchen), and ordinary spotlights (at the entrance of every apartments).
