Check-in time is at 2pm and check-out is at Eleven. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests we will always note it in your reservation. If we have the availability, and a guest is not scheduled to check-in to your room, we can offer late check-out. Again, late check-out is only based on availability and with confirmation from the reservation team.
Only some of our locations offer parking spaces (To find out if parking is available at your chosen property please take a look at the apartment features of your favoured location on our website) 
However we can recommend that guests use the nearby NCP car parks. Parking for stays up to 24 hours, will differ in cost depending on the location.
We do not offer extra beds at all locations. You will be able to see if an extra bed is available under apartment features of your favoured room type.
Yes, linen and towels are provided at all locations.
Our Apartments are cleaned on a daily basis (no changing sheets, tidy up, emptying the bin and cleaning the surfaces). There are serviced at least once per week (some exceptions for shorter stays subject to location) including cleaning + exchanging the bed linen and the towels.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments and may result in a fee from £100+VAT up to one nights accommodation charge for deep cleaning if guests are found to have smoked in the apartments.
Baby cots and high chairs can be provided free of charge and are subject to availability,
therefore requesting at the time of booking is very important.
Extra beds are subject to availability and fixed charges differ due to location.
Toiletries are provided at all locations on arrival and are not replenished during your stay.
